Her background includes talent acquisition, career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, employer relations, and job placement, giving her a unique perspective on what both candidates and employers need to succeed.
Natalie began her career in higher education, where she worked closely with professionals navigating their careers while developing strong relationships with employers. Her passion for helping people achieve their professional goals naturally led her into recruiting and talent acquisition, where she has successfully supported hiring needs across multiple industries, including healthcare.
In 2018, Natalie founded Remedy Your Resume with a focus on personalized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching. As the business evolved, so did the services she provided.
